Brian Kilcarr
Founder - Head of Financial Strategy & Advisory
Founder Brian is a finance and strategy professional with 10 years of experience in corporate investment banking, FP&A leadership, and financial advisory.
Brian has led large M&A transactions, built complex financial models, led budgeting and forecasting initiatives, and advised executives on capital strategy and growth decisions. He previously served as an Investment Banking VP and Head of FP&Aat Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group where he was responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for the business.
Brian has also held advisory roles at Deloitte and Ernest & Young supporting financial institutions and complex strategic initiatives.
Brian currently serves as Finance Manager at VTS where he focuses on financial analysis, company planning, and strategic decision support for leadership teams.
Brian holds an MS in Accounting and BS in Finance from St. John’s University and maintains professional certifications including CPA, CMA, CTP, and CAPM
Along with his experience as a finance professional Brian is also the prior owner of Birdies & Bogeys Indoor golf an Indoor Trackman golf simulator facility and sports bar. This experience has allowed him to have a first hand view of the struggles and expectations of customers in the golf and hospitality industry.

Anthony Yepez
Head of Growth & Marketing
Anthony is a social media and content strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping brands, athletes, and creators build audiences and turn attention into growth.
Most recently, Anthony served as Director of Social Media at LIV Golf, where he led global social strategy across league and team channels. He oversaw content, creator partnerships, and platform growth while managing internal teams and agencies. During his time there, he helped launch and scale creator-driven initiatives like The Duels, a YouTube series pairing professional golfers with top golf creators that generated millions of views and expanded the sport’s reach to new audiences.
Anthony’s work sits at the intersection of sports, culture, and the creator economy. He specializes in building modern content strategies, developing creator collaborations, and helping brands think like media companies. His approach focuses on storytelling, audience insight, and platform-native content that drives engagement, visibility, and long-term brand value.
Throughout his career, Anthony has worked with professional athletes, global sports properties, creators, and marketing agencies to develop campaigns and content ecosystems that connect with fans in meaningful ways.
Today, he advises brands and organizations on social media strategy, creator partnerships, and content development, helping them navigate an increasingly creator-driven media landscape.
